I have recently taken on the role as Managing director after starting my apprenticeship at GWF Engineering in 1998. I worked at GWF for 12 years before moving to Jacobs where I worked there for 6 ½ years from which I returned to run GWF Engineering as Managing Director.

I have just recently completed my MSc in Strategic Programme management at Leeds Beckett University which has increased my knowledge and my CPD (Continual professional development).

We have recently just taken on a mechanical apprentices and are possibly looking at taking another on so we keep a strong workforce and maintain high standards of work.
