Take a look at this great Admin Assistant Apprenticeship with LAT

But Lincolnshire Action Trust can offer you even more. With an admin assistant apprenticeship at LAT, you will not only:

And you will help arrange and run meetings as well as assist the HR teams with recruitment, the finance team with tasks and managing data input too!

And what do my future prospects look like?

The great thing about developing a career within an administrative role, is that all sectors require these workers. From engineering companies to health and care organisations; they each have office and admin staff keeping the business running behind the scenes.

And with an apprenticeship at Lincolnshire Action Trust, you will develop transferrable soft skills (such as communication and organisational skills) as well as hard skills (from learning different pieces of software) to build up your CV.

Why should I look at Lincolnshire Action Trust as an employer?

LAT are a local charity, established since 2000, helping offenders tackle the issues which meant they went to prison in the first place. This support to the offender and their families help prepare them for release and their life after.

And what about the training?

Your apprenticeship will last a minimum of 12 months and will results in a level 2 business and administration qualification as well as functional skills in Maths and English if needed!
