Trainee Primary Teacher, North Lincolnshire SCITT Programme

It is clearly evident that those leading the programme genuinely care about the development of its students, tailoring individual strategies to making sure that the needs of all the students were met to the full. This programme, and those running it, were not just available 9-3 Mon-Fri, someone was always on hand or at the end of the phone at any hour if you needed any guidance or support. This programme has allowed me to achieve goals which at the start of the year I didn’t feel were attainable and for that I will always be in its debt. Thank you very much for this fantastic opportunity!
