The facilities at college are so similar to those in the industry, which is great for preparing us for work. My lecturers encouraged me to enter a national competition and I won 1st place with my main dish, and 2nd place with my starter. Part of my prize included 2 days work experience at The Dorchester in London, and whilst I was there I was offered a full time job!
