When you own a car, you understand that it may need fixing at some point. And that’s when a Parts Consultant is needed.

As a Parts Consultant you would:

  • Pick correct stock and ensure parts sales are carried out.
  • Assist other sales staff with the identification of the correct parts, where required.
  • Ensure parts returns are always identified and stored in the correct areas.
  • Ensure efficient stock control and ordering as required and carry out stock checks in line with company policy.
  • Ensure parts are always identified and stored in the correct areas.
  • Carry out quality checks on incoming parts as required and note all non-conformities.
  • Ensure an efficient supply of parts is maintained to the workshop and Bodyshop.

This apprenticeship is based around your work day…which means you don’t need to go to college to learn in a classroom. Instead, an assessor will visit you!

Pentagon are also interested in keeping you on after your intermediate apprenticeship is completed. So that’s:

  1. Intermediate apprenticeship
  2. Work experience
  3. Full time employment with a wage
  4. Permanent employment following training
